where are you shipping from?

how will orders work?

first of all, all products are now pre-orders! this means that the product's stock will be based on how much of the product is purchased. so unless specified otherwise, all items wil be UNLIMITED!

this also means that orders will be manufactured in batches.

Batch 1 - within 3 days of drop date
Batch 2 - within 7 days of drop date
Batch 3 - within 14 days of drop date

how does shipping work?

there are TWO shipping options: 
1. STANDARD - takes 2 weeks max; NO tracking number provided.
2. EXPRESS - takes under a week; tracking number provided.

NOTE: orders are shipped after the batch officially arrives at my doorstep. i will be sending out notices :
- about which batch your order falls under,
- once your batch has been ordered,
- when it arrives, and
- when your order in particular has been shipped. 

i never got my order! what do i do?

if your order was made in 2025:
PLEASE make sure to email me or use the contact form on this website. i will respond to you in under FOUR days max. 

re-shipping will cost you the [ shipping price ] + [ 10% of your order ].

OR, i can give you a 90% refund (shipping fee included) !!

re-shipping is free! please contact me ASAP.
